While initially I was worried because my order hadn’t been updated/ shipped out for a few days, I was so impressed with their customer service! As soon as I emailed they called me back to let me know the reason for the delay and apologised genuinely. To make up for the issue they sent some extra lenses and even a hand written note. Their prices are super competitive and I was so happy with the service that I won’t be using any other websites from now on!

Had an error with my order as they’d sent to my billing address which was different to my shipping address … when I first queried I was told it “the delivery address you provided was to OL9 - - -. You can check this on the confirmation email you received” after responding to the email with a screenshot of said confirmation showing clearly the different addresses (in which time I’d face palmed and ordered and paid next day delivery from my usual supplier - so figured this was going to be usual nightmare to get any resolution you get with most companies) however the responses were quick (despite being after 6pm) and they then admitted the error … mistakes happen, and I was happy with the resolution given and further quick responses, so I’d be inclined to give them another chance going forward based on the good customer service, and hopefully this was just a one off error. Let’s hope next ordering experience is 5 star to match the customer service ;) … maybe one constructive criticism point would be to make the packaging smaller, my order only contained two boxes so could’ve fit through my letterbox but as the box was much bigger this meant I had to re-arrange delivery to be in when Royal Mail delivered
