Great service from the Aquaroc team we ordered in advance and were not quite ready for delivery which they held for us.

Delivery arrived within 48 hours from when we requested it.

Our plumber also commented to say how good everything was and very simple to install.

Overall very happy!!

We had been let down by another supplier, we contacted aquaroc and the basin we ordered arrived in 24 hours. On fitting the basin we discovered an issue with it, I contacted Mark and we were able ro resolve it again within 24 hours. The customer service is excellent. I would certainly recommend this company.

Fabulous range of luxury bathroom products, not ordinarily found on the high street. Bought a stone resin wall hung basin. Tiny delay with delivery as had expected next day delivery, but to be fair it was a bank holiday week so slight delays can be expected. When I emailed to query timescales I received a phone call very quickly with an apology and an update.
Arrived only a day later than expected.
Excellent service and thrilled with the basin- absolutely gorgeous and will look stunning in the new bathroom.
Would definitely use Aquaroc again and highly recommend
