Kids are prone to cause damages to the electronic devices because of the way we handle. This happens even if we educate them how to handle it. So anything can happen and this plan for a little fee comes in very handy.

"Poor communication when system down"
I filed a claim and expected contact within the 4 - 6 hour SLA that's promoted on the site. I called two days later to be told 'all our claims and purchases are backed up. We don't know when our system will be back up, call us again Monday.' Given the issue is on GoCare's side I'd expect proactive and regular communication to those affected. Poor customer experience, especially given it's for my son's school computer and they'll give him a loaner only through the end of this month.

Been paying for this insurance for a few years now. I now have the insurance on both my phone and my wife's. I have not made a claim yet. My phone has a small crack in the screen that I could claim and it needs fixed but I fear being without my phone for a long duration.

I have only had the policy for 10 months so far. The only glitch so far was having to send in more detailed photos of the phone that showed what they saw was not damage. I fortunately have not had, nor want to have an occasion to file a claim.

Too soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage! Why not wait until a claim has been made so clients can make a judgement about how the claim is handled? The website is awful, clunky and lacks clarity.
