Absolute scam. I tried their service and is a complete joke. You will not get anything of any value from this company and you will under no circumstance get a refund. I should have done a review sooner. I can't believe they are still in business!!!!

Do not trust them!! I tried to cancel right after purchasing their service because it wasn’t going to suit my needs and they had a TON of fine print reasons you aren’t allowed to cancel and get a refund. Save your money, they are a scam.

When I called in to learn about how CarTitles.com worked I spoke with Eric W. and he was so helpful, with the information he provided to me. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He made sure this "young at heart Texas Grandma" understood how the process worked. I signed up and received some paperwork now just waiting and praying I get my title soon.

Communication started off good but after 3 months of not receiving the requested titles, they went quiet. Paid $800 for 5 replacement titles which as it turns out were sent to an incorrect address.
Have to go through the entire process myself now as these guys do not know what they are doing.
