Customer service was very helpful and courteous when we called to inquire about getting a dumpster. Dumpster was delivered early in the morning on the date we requested. The driver was very friendly and resoecful. Budget Dumpster sent reminders of when the dumpster would be dropped off and picked up. This was the first time we rented a dumpster and would recommend to our family and friends. We will definitely rent another dumpster from Budget Dumpster if we need another one.

"DO NOT USE FRAUD COMPANY"

DO NOT USE FRAUD COMPANY that has zero control of their business! I called to order a 10yd dumpster as I was removing a small 15-20 ft wall from my home. They told me they did not have any 10yd dumpster and that they would provide me with a 15yd dumpster for the same price initially I thought ok no problem but boy was I wrong!!!! I filled the dumpster about 1/3 to 1/2 full with 2x4s and dry wall. They were supposed to pick up the dumpster on July 5th and no showed they then proceeded to pick up the dumpster the following morning. A month later I see that I am charged an additional $350+ that they claim is for being over weight. They provide a weight ticket and claim my 15 yd dumpster weighed 5.73 TONS that’s OVER 11 thousand pounds, I personally helped with the demolition and we did not even move 1 ton of material into the dumpster! 11k pounds in a 15 yard dumpster common sense tells you that’s so far off it’s not even funny unless I was filling it will straight concrete and it was overflowing!!! This company is either incompetent and mixed up my dumpsters or what I personally feel what happened is that buddy who picked up my dumpster made a quick pit stop collected something cash off of my dumpster since it was so empty on his way to the fill. SCAM STAY AWAY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS! Would give ZERO star if I could, will never recommend to anyone!
