"Endura Sizing Chart Unreliable - Customer Service is lethargic "

This is my second experience of buying on line and whilst the price is competitive there were issues that customers need to be aware of.

I have bought two Endura jackets from Cyclestore - both XL - both had the same Sizing Chart for the product - chest 43"-45". The first jacket was the Hummvee 3 in 1 and it is sized very generously (sufficient to wear a thick jumper underneath - not hat you would want to!). The second jacket was the Windchill 2.0. This is very very much smaller (in the same XL) such that even with just a thin lycra top it was difficult to do up the front zip.

Clearly there is an issue with the Endura sizing chart or product mislabelling. However the Cyclestore returns policy states it will not refund return postage if you buy the wrong size. That might be legitimate if the sizing chart information given to the customer is reliable. This one clearly is not and the website has to take responsibility for that failing as the customer has no relationship with Endura. This is an amendment to my initial 1star post as Cyclestore hate finally responded and said they will cover postage up to £5.00

Customer service is slow, which is frustrating when you have spent a lot of money on items where the website sizing chart is misleading.

Item turned up two days late. Contacted Cyclestore when it was late and the tracking either wasn't working or the item hadn't been sent. They said they would look into it but I never heard anything back from them, so I just had to wait for the item to turn up. The postage I paid should be refunded.
