most of the agencys out there are useless but this one is the worst and thats saying something registered 3 weeks ago had not one phone call they advertise all the time with jobs they have not got just to get your data they used to be smart recruitment that was involved in fraud stealing money from workers police was involved directors arrested and charged stay away

"Absolutely atrocious agency"

Absolutely atrocious agency. Told me to cancel my interview with another company as they had secured work for me. I did as instructed and cancelled another interview as they had promised me work i spoke to a useless agent called Savannah. Then suprise suprise Absolutely no contact from work chain again. conveniently all busy when I called to chase. Was completely ignored. Selfish inconsiderate and unprofessional staff.

This company should be avoided. They promise the earth and ignore any applications for work. Gave me employee stars for the good work , then ignored me because I wouldn’t travel 25 miles for £12 an hour. Load of jokers, probably selling my data as I type this
False promises of full time work after 12 weeks

"STAY AWAY - SCREW YOU OVER"

They promise you a hourly rate then try undercutting you by 1/3 if it want for a screenshots of the agreement I would not be receiving what I was promised. Also the customer of Me temporary permanent contract and yet the agency didn’t offer me that because I didn’t wanna lose money I found this out for a third-party agency. I have to wait eight weeks to get a job with this company and actual company that offer me a job I’m not happy with workplace, people stay away from these if you want to secure long-term job and get paid what your prom prom

"Short paid& didn’t get paid for waiting for Truck Recovery."

Drove an hour from home to get to depot. When I got there at 4:00am it was derelict. Wandered around for ages, finally got hold of someone from Workchain and managed to get access. Eventually got underway at 6:00am. Wasn’t told job involved multiple drops and VERY heavy loads. I have a bad back. Truck was absolutely past it and filthy. Schedule was undoable. Truck broke down. Had to wait ages 90 mins for recovery/repair. Didn’t get paid for that. Job advertised at £12.50 an hour….got paid minimum wage £11.44 and hour and “shorted” 2 and a half hours. Don’t return emails. Shït show of a company.Got back to depot and again it was derelict. Had to make multiple calls to get in. I got home at 10:00pm after a 2:00am leave. NEVER AGAIN. Absolutely the worst.

The amount of personal data they require to create a profile with them is astonishing. As well as scans of passport, driving licence, birth certificate and proof of address etc they also ask for next of kin and your bank details including the password! Proceed with caution.

"Don't work with this people"

Only agency that doesn't pay you what you've accrued. Also will phone you to argue with you when you're ill. Thankfully got a contract with a nicer place soon

"Time Wasters "

Got a job interview through this agency. When I turned up for the interview, the employer didn't know I was coming and wasn't even recruiting. Really disappointed as I had high hopes of getting the job and had spent considerable time preparing. I should have read the reviews before interacting with this agency. Don't waste your time. It's no surprise they have a pitiful score.

Terrible, this company doesn’t care about helping anyone find a job. To save you the hassle you’re better off finding it yourself to be honest. How this company exists I don’t know.

You need to give them a lot of confidential information before accepting a job, no phone number or address about this company. It seems like a scam to steal personal data.
