"My experience after taking couple counselling "

I took 8 couple session recently, 2 was in person and rests were online. Here is my detailed feedback:

1. Customer service: First i booked the session from their website, then they called back in 20 min and they listen to me and my partner's issue then matched with a female clinical psychologist. From my POV, It was fast they didn’t let me wait for a whole day.

2. Psychologist: The psychologist was very professional, in first session she listen both of us and then from next session she started the therapy sessions. After each sessions we felt it is the best decision we ever took to go professional psychologist.

3. After session: After every session Chum team communicated and asked my and my partner's feedback.

4. Payment: Payment amount is reasonable, but if i could pay through online payment gateway that might be perfect.

Overall i find them very helpful, they even made a small discount after 3 session. Hope they will keep their service affordable and keep the quality top notch.
