So my overall experience with snakecraft has been wonderful. They worked close with me to get my server where it is today. They help me fix any problems with plugins/the server. In conclusion, snakecraft = very good.

The servers they sell are excelent, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering the purchase. I wouldn't have been able to fix many of the issues I was having with my server without them.
