Things they could improve: better website, clearer summary and analysis of where savings are coming from, instructions on how to confirm that Amazon actually reimbursed me.

In short, they deliver on their promise, but their usability and interface leaves a lot to be desired. If I had another provider with the same service but better visibility and usability, I would jump to them in a heart beat.
