From the moment you purchase to the very end, SolidBuildWood was excellent. I spent a lot of time looking for a nice quality shed that I could use as a guest room/home office. I wanted to avoid sizes that would require building permits and this model fit the build. Coming in at 117 sq ft, it was just under my area's 120 sq ft limit to be considered a shed. But this does NOT look like a shed. The delivery team was great. I did need 1 person to help me build this as I wanted to add in a subfloor and insulated roof. A pretty good handyman can build this themselves but if you want it to look primo I'd recommend you find yourself a good carpenter to help. We literally got the unit up in about 5 hours but it took maybe 20 if you plan to install a subfloor and have your own insulated roof added in. The quality of the wood is awesome. They provide a few extra pieces of everything as you can come across a warped board but with the extras its no problem. Their service team is awesome. Igna helped me a lot and she is wonderful. I asked lots of questions and they spent the time to answer them all to really help me prepare to handle the build. Our shed doesn't even look like a shed. It looks like a little house and it's perfect! If you want something nice that isn't a tuff shed but you also don't want to build something that requires permits this product and company is the real deal!

I will say that I have never had a better buying experience than with Igna at Solid Build. She take the time to answer my questions no matter how lame they may be. I have not gotten the product however I am excited to get it and am sure it will be in great shape. Even if there is a problem I know that I can reach out and get the problem taken care of.

"Solid Build is the best!"

I was looking for a small building for our backyard to use as a painting and fiber arts studio. I needed it to be solid and functional as well as attractive. I found all of this with my Solid Build Bristhol plus model. I had 3 extra windows added for adequate lighting and ventilation. My husband and I are an older couple and I had some concerns about building this by ourselves (due to COVID-19 sheltering in place). We learned a lot every step of the way. Building our own shed with the excellent advice, support and encouragement of Igna in customer service was very rewarding. She was very patient with my multiple questions. Once we had the floor joists attached to the concrete the building itself was relatively easy and rewarding to assemble. We referred to the company's videos frequently and took one stage at a time. This is a beautiful quality wood product from floor to ceiling. I am enjoying the sight and smell of it daily. I plan to continue to be creative in my "chateau" for years to come. It is a lovely addition to our property. Thanks Solid Build!
