I absolutely love having organic milk in glass bottles delivered to my door! Jerry has been hugely reliable and helpful. It is great to be able to change my order up until midnight the night before I would like it! Fantastic service & good pricing for what it is I believe.

Jerry offers a really great service, always extra helpful and being able to text up until midnight the day before the order for last minute changes is so useful. We only get milk but it’s really delicious. It’s got to be something to do with the glass bottles :-)

Jem is absolutely brilliant. Having milk delivered is an easy way to immediately reduce lots of plastic waste and all of the worries I had - about it being more expensive, or not fitting in our fridge so well, or it being really complicated having to change order when we were away - all of these were completely unnecessary. You can text Jem any time until *midnight* the night before to change the order. It fits in the fridge fine and to be honest, even though it does cost more per pint or litre, the fact is that it makes us treat milk just a tiny bit more carefully. And that is fine, despite having a total milk-guzzling 6-year-old boy. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND using Brighton's last ever independent milkman: support him and enjoy those lovely glass bottles all over again. There's even surprise benefits: as we don't have big, heavy milk cartons ever, the kids can always help themselves to breakfast now! Win win :)

Changing to a milkman has been a great move. It’s easy to change my order or add to it via a simple text process. Jerry the milkman is very responsive and also gives the heads up on bank hol service which was really handy to prepare for Xmas time. I love getting the milk in glass bottles. Order is always correct and there on my doorstep reliably! I even had an accident and dropped a few glasses. When I fessed up to Jerry he made a joke about it and put me at ease. Unfortunately I’m never awake at the early time that he delivers so have yet to meet him in person but text communication has always been friendly and professional.
