I have been using Umbrella Contracts Limited since 2016. They are fantastic! They are diligent, professional and friendly.

I’ve always had quick replies to any queries and unlike using a big faceless umbrella company that treat you like a bar code, I actually have an account manager that knows me in a professional capacity, it makes everything so much easier, when you can say “hey remember when we last spoke...” rather than please open the portal, look through the chat logs and account notes, then contact the person that spoke to me last and then one before that..

My payment, contracts and queries have always been processed efficiently without any problems.

"They don’t pay on time"

They don’t pay on time. I was told on 3 occasions that I would be paid by close of business and nothing happened. As this was my first contracting job this was a huge disappointment. I have no money.
