Purchased a Sleepeezee mattress and divan but the mattress was faulty, so NTB replaced it straight away. However, the replacement wasn't right either, so Zoe and her team got onto it and I selected a Relyon mattress instead which arrived promptly as promised, and is perfect! Excellent customer service; many thanks indeed :)

I bought the Relyon 2800 mattress. This was the cheapest I could find on the internet during the Black Friday sales - so the price was good. Good communication and expectation setting about delivery - they said end of Jan, delivered on 10th - so that was also good. They took the mattress up to the bedroom. Very efficient and nice to deal with - and the mattress (2 days in) is amongst the best I have EVER slept on! I'm very happy!
