"Knowledgeable and speedy service"

I wanted to order one of the Grohe complete kits but needed to know whether it required an additional diverter for the dual shower system to work. I gave Plumb Warehouse a call, got the right answer immediately, placed the order online and the kit arrived within 24 hours. Spot on!

We expect to to get a very good service when we are buying on line or we go elsewhere. I found it reassuring that Plumb warehouse were equally polite when they we unable to supply a pump that the manufacturer had delayed release. Did't try to sell a lesser quality item just made a fast refund and apologized.

"Sent the wrong shower and then blamed me"

This company sent a Grohe 27473 instead of the 34321. Since I queried it after the 7 day period they said "oh we don't know what happened on site" and refused to help. It cost me £250!!

Ordered two Grohe 3000 shower sets and one of the thermostat bodies had a small factory flaw in the chrome finish. No problem at all to Plumb Warehouse; they replaced the whole set without a quibble and Grohe sent replacement direct to me, and as a bonus, they collected the defective item at the same time. No complaints at all; superb service I have to say!

I have never used Plumb Warehouse before. After looking at comparison prices for a new shower pump they were the best price wise! I ordered the pump yesterday afternoon with free delivery. I emailed the company to see if they could give me a rough idea of when it would arrive (as it was free I was expecting 3 - 5 days at least). They emailed me straight back and told me I would get it today!!! Sure enough, at 09.20 the courier arrived with our pump.
