"EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR"

I had purchased a 2500 Agency Plan from this tool provider, which was supposed to include approximately 50+ tools, but barely 15 tools were working. I kept asking this person to update the tools for 2 weeks, and he only updated one tool, which became outdated the next day.

When I complained about this to him, instead of updating my tools, he was extremely rude and said, "If you don't want to use the tools, then don't." I have worked with many sharing tool providers, and whenever there was an issue, they would resolve it within 24 hours. However, this person's customer service is extremely poor and he is very rude.
EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
