After searching for flights for 4 hours I was at the end of my tether but called and was given so much help after having other rude companies putting the phone down on me, talking to me really badly and not listening to my needs. Time was taken to listen to my needs and a fab flight was found. Very helpful and polite will definatly use again! Thank you!

Ben spent most of the afternoon trying to find us the flights that we needed at a price we liked and was very diligent in calling back to confirm details. One piece of feedback I do have is that I think the guys need to be a little bit more upfront at times. I was told the flight I was after for my dad was available at a cheaper price but without the proviso that this was because it involved a 6 hour layover in Chicago which wouldn't have been ideal for an 82 year old travelling alone. Otherwise it was great though and I couldn't fault Ben.

i found andrew very helpful and he worked past his finish time to sort out my flight,very happy! Update 1st March...however due to circumstances changing I wanted to change my return flight,this is where problems began! I called travelock before my departure to enquire and was quoted £320 to change and Andrew suggested I call whilst abroad and he could then do better. This I did 5 times costing money each time being told they would get back to me within an hour due to various excuses,ie medical emergency at an airport,someone out of the office etc etc, each time nobody called me back. Eventually I got a call informing me the best he could do was £435! The next day I booked exactly the same flight for £330 on my own! Much stress I had over this marring my holiday. Hence to say my opinion of this agent has altered drastically. I suggest you try elsewhere...
