giving wrong product

"I placed order on 24 September and…"

I placed order on 24 September and received the item on 8 October. I was told it would take 10 days at most due to weather issues which might cause a delay in delivery. This was meant as a gift for someone who had left by the time it arrived.

Everytime I checked the delhivery link for my parcel the delivery date got extended automatically. No reason mentioned.

This is just wrt to the delivery not the product

The teas from Mayukh were quite good. There was some technical issues with the delivery. But, the people in the Mayukh tea were quick to resolve the problem, once I conveyed it to them.

Don't fall into their promotion. They have sent poor quality tea under the same product which was good. Not drinkable and bitter test.

Mayukh tea is such a precious and such a tasty tea..It is really very good for ur health

I must be one of their smallest customers but am made to feel like I am one of their largest. I cannot recomment them too highly
