Excellent service, completely changed our opinion on using locums via an agency. For many years we have avoided using agencies and locums door to historic poor service. This year we needed a fair amount of locum cover, on the recommendation of local practice managers I as contacted Aspire for the first time. From that first call the service provided has been faultless, I am impressed. Booking requests were dealt with promptly, confirmed bookings went ahead as planned, invoices were produced and sent to us in a timely fashion. Most importantly, Paul and Stephen listened to what we wanted, we were cautious about using locums and were worried about having a succession of different doctors on a daily basis. We were given reassurance that they would do their best to get a couple of doctors to cover multiple sessions for us, that there would be no last minute changes to doctors or session times and that everything would go to plan. They delivered on all of these requirements. The service provided by Aspire has completely restored my faith in the use of locums via an agency. I have no hesitation in recommending Aspire, we will be going straight to them with all of our locum needs in future.
