"Is Lordgun To Be Trusted?"

With the current strength of the US dollar their prices are great even when you factor in their s/h charges. They also have a good selection of products for serious cyclists. Finally the order arrived in less than a week which is faster than many purchases I make within the US. Unfortunately one item was missing from the package. To me it was clear that it was not included by Lordgun in the shipment because there was no sign that package was tampered with enroute (the Lordgun-logo’d tape had not been cut & taped over, and did not look temporarily removed). When I reported this to Lordgun they said “everything was included on our end so it was tampered with enroute”. My response was “why would someone expertly disguise the removal of one $20 item but leave behind several $100 ones?” Their response was a request that I send pics of the box and its contents as if this would prove anything (I had already opened the box and removed the contents). After a couple days they again insisted that they did every thing right on their end but would refund my $20 rather than sending the missing item (meaning I had to then find another source of the item and then spend much more for it). I gave them 3 stars because I got the refund despite their veiled accusations. However, they need to address what appears to be a QC or “leakage” problem with their fulfillment/shipping staff rather than blaming everyone else (and making the buyer take pics to somehow prove that I’m not the guilty party all over a $20 item). I don’t know if this is a rare experience with Lordgun but tread carefully when buying from them!

I ordered a helmet and 8 days later it arrived from Italy. Exactly as ordered and so quick I was pleasantly surprised. Wait longer for things to be shipped within Australia!

I made my second order from Lordgun on 7/12/22 and received my purchase, a Shimano 11-40 11 Spd. cluster on 7/15! 3 days from Italy to Idaho is amazing, from the efficiency at Lordgun, through customs, then the FedEx shipping. My first order, also a cluster, was just as good, taking four days.

Si je m'arrête à la lecture des avis de certains, je n'irais pas bien loin… J'ai commandé pour la première fois sur le site Lordgun une paire de Roue DT SWISS PRC 1100 Mon Chasseral. Les roues sont justes exceptionnelles.
Le prix sur le site était imbattable. Il manque un petit email de confirmation d'expédition de ma commande, mais on a très rapidement répondu à ma demande d'information avec un numéro de suivi. Et malgré un choix d'expédition de 5 à 25 jours, ma commande est arrivée après juste 5 jours ouvrés!!!
Donc produit, prix et service au top!

"They made me waste 500 eur"

They made me waste 500 eur. I bought a Power Meter and I wanted to return since it was to small for my bike and when I asked for a refund, they claimed that the article/product was not directly sold by them and for instance I do not have the opportunity/right to return it. I cannot be more pissed with such a service. It looks they play with their customers.

List prices are lower than other bike sites for most of their products. They don't give much discount and good luck looking for promo codes for their site.
Very fast shipping via Fedex but the shipping cost increases exponentially for heavy or big volume items. Would prefer if they provide a cheaper but slower shipping option.
