Our Howard Travel Agent was very helpful and proactive which enabled us to secure our desired rail journeys in Australia at the times we wanted them in 2025. The Ghan Experience is so sought after, that cabins are booked up far in advance and we secured one of the last 2 available cabins for Darwin departure on 1st October 2025. thanks to swift action by Kimara.

She listened to my very vague requirements and found me a lovely cruise holiday in April/May next year. One of her colleagues overheard my query regarding insurance (I am in my 80's) and kindly provided me with a possible suitable insurance company which has proved to be excellent advice.
