"First of all let me start with saying…"

First of all let me start with saying that historically I've bought 4 BMs from them in total.

Within the span of me buying 3 of the 4 BMs, I did get them in a timely manner. After running these three BMs for 2 days, I was immediately banned. I gave them enough time to give me a replacement which was about 2-3 days. After being met with, "yes you'll be given the BM today" day after day, I was met with disappointment.

I requested a refund and their customer service team does every single tactic to try to delay from refunding you. Something in their operations is broken as they don't know how to deliver a good product nor will they ever refund you. This company is pathetic. Do not buy from this company.
