"Excellent exercise for pelvic floor muscles"

I was very skeptical about this thing and was prepared to return it if it did not measure up. It's pricey for what seems like a fairly simple gadget. After my first use, I love it. Following my prostatectomy I just was not sure whether my kegel exercises were correct. This device not only gives you biofeedback it also adds some fun to the process while keeping track of your progress.
