In the lead up to booking Natalie was extremely helpful and professional and set things out clearly.

OUR DRIVER VINH WAS VERY PACTIENT WITH BOTH PARENTS AND CHILDREN AND WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH GETTING BUGGYS ON AND OFF THE COACH AND HAD 110%COUSTERSERVICE SKILLS.
WE WILL BE USING THEM EVERY YEAR FROM NOW ON.
