Very happy with service from Blunts Shoes. Recently bought a pair of Clark’s slippers. Everything went smoothly, payment was easy, communication was good, dispatch was rapid and packaging very good. Will use again, and based on experience to date, recommend them to others. In this day and age of poor customer service and scams, it’s nice to find a company that still regards its customers as valued.

Experience for myself is not good. I ordered a pair of shoes from their Ebay shop. The sizing was somewhat smaller than the size I ordered, albeit, the size was indicated on the tongue of the shoe, but definitely not a size 4. Having paid for postal delivery, I have contacted them to ask how I return this product as there was no return label inside. I have been informed to return to their store. This is fine, however, does that mean I have to pay? "Yes you do" if I have purchased from their website, it would have been free returns, but because I have purchased from Ebay shop, I have to pay. The shoes in question were a lot cheaper than advertised on most companies websites as well as their own - could this be the reason I have to pay for the return? or is the company advertised on Ebay not the same company at all? All other reviews are really good on Blunt Shoes, but for myself not on this occasion and I will not purchase from them again.
