Our interaction with Meta Audits has been great since the first point of contact. The communication has been spot on throughout. Bridgette spent the day with us on a consultancy basis and the it was more than worth it. We came away not only with more knowledge and a better understanding of the ISO9001:2015, we came away with more confidence. The advice offered was invaluable to our company and there was a real sense of understanding our business and our needs; it was bespoke for us, not generic. Bridgette was patient, understanding, nothing was too much to ask and was generous with her wealth of knowledge. We had a requirement to achieve ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 in a fairly short timeframe. Meta Audits was recommended to us by someone who had used them before. We spoke to Bridgette and her team and were impressed with the level-headed and knowledgeable responses to our questions. It was clear from the outset we were in safe hands and it was a relief to hear that a lot of the work we had already done was relevant to both of the standards.
