I haven’t had a chance to test the product yet, but there was a shipping problem with my order never arrived, I emailed support and they where prompt for sending a replacement to a new adresss. The customer support is 5 star, can’t wait to see how the cartridge works!

Very difficult to reach anyone by phone if there are questions. Email that I sent was not responded to either.. Not clear how to return a product for the promised refund.
