It's not just about Liverpool (although the second course is all about Liverpool) it immensely helps anyone to learn and understand any city/town - slowly and steadily, build up the knowledge, the trends, changing market and ultimately spotting the good deals.. It's funny that , few weeks before I found a number of properties in Liverpool i thought were good, but now - with the knowledge - i have a different, business driven view.. Vicki is brilliant. all the materials are so engaging that you get addicted to it until you finish watching.. never felt like learning but discovering or exploring..
