Brilliant experience from the first phone call. The sales team gave me great comfort and explained more information about the package I was buying. I had a concern whilst away and the customer care team were immediately responsive and handled my concern straight away. The package was great, and all of our hotel stays and trips were simply amazing. Def booking with you guys again!!

"Sri Lanka 12 day tour"

We did a 12 day tour of Sri Lanka with Myholiday2 .
The itinerary was excellent , hotels were of good standard and our guide and driver were very informative during the tour . Customer service in Australia was very good , nothing was too much trouble . Their packages are great value for money .
I will definately travel with them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others .

We were able to get information and book easily. Initially we were able to contact and get a response within 24hrs however over time, the response time was taking longer which was a little disappointing.

We had a very good trip to Borneo with MyHoliday2. Our guide, Robert, was excellent and he kept us on the move and very well informed. Such a nice man, too.

Only one hotel was a bit dodgy - Sepilok Nature Resort. It fell a little short of the “quite luxurious” description we’d read.

Overall, and at the excellent price, we would recommend MyHoliday2 for Borneo.

This was our first time out of the country and first time using a organised tour and let me tell you the experience I had withMyHoliday2 was exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was thoroughly laid out, They answered all our questions, their follow-up was great, and very detailed oriented. While overseas we didn't have to wait for anything and all our reservations were clearly outlined which made this trip hassle free. We cant thank MyHoliday2 enough for this amazing experience. We will be using this business again for any trip we have going forward.
