The phone was what I expected - in premium condition. Thank you guys! Love it and will definitely recommend to others

The first s21 ultra I brought from them was defective and had an issue with its camera. After contacting them they immediately sent a return label and dispatched a perfect replacement asap.
I have used the second replacement for approximately a week and everything functions as it should. If I had got this phone the first time you would have got 5 stars , however great customer service and made the replacement/return process very straightforward.

Fantastic, responsive customer service. I was sent a device that was in acceptable condition instead of excellent condition. I contacted TechUp, they emailed a reply paid label to return the device and within 48 hours I had received a replacement device. That one was in truly excellent condition with a healthy battery. Very pleased with their service.
