I had engaged another solicitor in August(!) to get my ILA. Two days before my completion they still had not set it up and were refusing to do anything until they had received documents in the mail.

I was referred to Luke at iLA, I called and explained my situation, the urgency and asked if they could help. I was contacted back within minutes. I sent the documents over, completed onboarding and, within a couple of hours it was all sorted. My acting solicitor was emailed directly and sent the original next day delivery.
