East Anglian Loft Ladders fitted a hybrid loft ladder and custom insulated hatch for us and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We really wanted a loft ladder that was attached to the hatch door and we really liked the hybrid ladder they sell which has wide wooden treads and a lightweight metal frame. They also fitted some new loft boards around the hatch to extend the raised LoftZone floor I had fitted myself. Mark took time to work out a way to install the ladder in a very tight space on our landing when he came to measure up and do the quote. David and Jason were extremely polite, efficient and tidy when they came to do the installation. We are so happy with our new ladder and hatch, which makes getting up into the loft much easier and safer.

I recently used East Anglian Loft Ladders for insulation installation in my loft and I am pleased to say that my experience with them was absolutely fantastic! During the installation, my dad was at home to oversee the work and he was thoroughly impressed with the lads and lady who carried out the installation. They got straight to work and completed the job without any fuss. The best part was that they left the place spotless once they were done!

When I inspected the work the next day, I was blown away by the quality of the workmanship. The insulation was installed perfectly and there was not a trace of mess left behind. We were impressed from our initial enquiry and subsequent home visit. After assessing our needs we were given both an oral and written quote. The two guys who came to do the work arrived at 08.30 and were polite and professional. The access space was limited so it wasn’t an easy job but the work was done to a high standard. They put dust sheets down and hoovered thoroughly afterwards. We are very pleased with the finished product and would certainly recommend them.

Very helpful, friendly and professional team removed existing old boarding, raised floor level, insulated to latest specification and boarded (to a much higher standard than the original boarding installation) my two large lofts.
