They couldn't do enough for me, checked the stock and confirmed exactly when I would get it, which I did. The courier they use were also very good ringing to check when I'd be in to sign. Would definitely recommend.

When spending a large some of money on an Internet website it is always good to check out the company first, which I duly did by telephoning them first to see if they actually had the item in stock and to check on delivery. Extremely helpful over the phone, they only had one of the specific generators in stock and I needed it quickly. Ordered on-line then within the hour the item had been despatched and the tracking number was there....which I never got a chance to use as the courier delivered it the next morning. Brilliant service, cheers guys.

Ordered a Bosch drill from Farmers Equipment. Unfortunately the item I had ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Scott from FE emailed me the next day to let me know, and offer me an alternative product. I accepted this and received a refund for the difference in price.

The drill was recieved days later, and is perfect for the job. Both Scott and FE offered great customer service.

-1 star for originally wanted product being out of stock. But great communication and service all round.

I bought recently some big cheese mouse traps and other things
The traps are excellent, so easy to use, and easy to set first night I had caught 3 of the little terrors that chewed my sofa, car cover and other stuff.

They arrived within 3 days of ordering, nicely packaged...on time and good service, I will use this company again.
