I received the heated gloves as a gift. First time skiing and using them the zipper which holds the battery in place broke. I contacted them, they were very polite asking for pictures and details. The final verdic was that this model is no longer produced so no replacement would be provided. Crappy product do not buy!

I bought the Paxcess inground cordless pool vacuum model HJ3172 and I paid over $600 for it from Amazon. The warranty expired. It stopped working, it stopped charging the battery. I wanted to ask if Paxcess has a battery replacement so I called their customer service phone and its no longer in service.
* Do Not Buy this pool vacuum.

I wish I had read the reviews PRIOR to spending $500 on a power station. We got the extra 4 year warranty on top of that price. BAD decision because the phone number basically said there was not customer service and I needed to email the problem to the company and WAIT for a response. I would not hold my breath because I would have died before someone would call me back. I guess because of so many faulty pieces of equipment, or a LACK of a QI department, maybe the business folded and is not selling anything anymore. Who know? you can't get anyone of the phone number that was listed on Amazon. That is probably why they are not selling these on Amazon anymore.

Shoddy product, horrid customer service. Bought a 500w power bank 2.5 years ago. Barely used it as I bought it for backup. Now it will not charge at all, and all customer service said was "too bad, so sad" with not even any suggestions of what was wrong or what to do.
$500 down the drain. Really???

"My pool vac quit working"
My pool vac quit working. It was still under warranty. When I call paxcess customer support, I get an Aiper rep. Send the vac back for a repair/replacement. Now they have my pool vac. They won’t repair/replace it and they won’t send my original pool vac back. All I get is a runaround every two days.

I bought one of the pressure washers which arrived with one very important part missing. Because. I waited so long to open the new arrival I was past the guaranteed part replacement and agrred to pay for the part. After being lied to in two different phone calls, they finally admitted they don't have the part. I have NEVER used the machine. BEWARE!!!

I purchased a pressure washer from them in June 2021. It's been used 10-15 times in that period. I took it out of the gargage to use it this year to clean the drive, and now the hose won't go into the socket it goes into! I've contacted their customer support and was told "sorry, we don't have any UK stock" ... well I call BS, as they have them on Amazon going for £200 currently! I'll be reporting them to Amazon and everywhere else I can find to vent my anger!

I was sent a defective pressure washer and they said they cannot repair it. It never worked. The offered me 50% refund. Not acceptable Filing a compliant with BBB to see if they can help me to get my money back. The didn’t even offer me a replacement. They done live up their warranty …. Stay away and do not buy from here
