I would highly recommend Chris Le-Thorn and team from Just Clear (South East London & Kent).

We had a large pile of building waste in the rear garden of our new property that had been left there by the previous owner. Chris and team successfully removed this without any issues, despite there not being any access at the rear of the property. They also removed two old industrial gas canisters for us, as well as disassembling and removing 4 old wardrobes that had also been left in the property.

Communication was friendly and responsive throughout, with Chris providing a quote for us quickly based on a few photos and a video that we sent across. Clearance was then arranged for later that same week. On the day, the team were very punctual and carried out the clearance smoothly as planned.

Overall, a smooth and excellent experience. Highly recommended.

We used Just Clear for a probate house clearance for which we were purchasing. From start to finish dealing and communicating with them was fantastic, Kate in the office was extremely efficient and dealt with any complications with ease.

Amazing team at Just Clear Blackpool. If I could give more stars then I would. Difficult clearance as it was a bereavement (my mum) but handled sensitively and professionally by Olivia in the office and the wonderful Geoff and Saul who actually cleared the house. Cannot praise & recommend them enough. Those guys went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly despite unexpected issues (thanks guys, really owe you one 🥰). The team arrived promptly and maintained contact throughout as the clearance was done remotely, which was much appreciated.
Efficiency, professional but with a human touch. Would thoroughly recommend.
