Worst bank service I had an account since 2017 and it's 2023 my amount hold by MHA and they did and no one even helped me in proper way how to resolve that issue better is Paytm at least they guide me in right way and their support said amount held by MHA and I asked what is MHA they scared on call they weren't aware what it is worst service afterwards one senior guided me but very wrongly. He inform me what is MHA and thought he helped me , I will never recommend this bank for further.

very cheap services provided by customer care services litreally get irriated with continous phone calls for emi even after payment has been done they continously call for payment & talk very rudely.not satisfied with facility please improve system of bank for EMI.every month same issue faced by us.

In the process of filing a case against the bank because they have been cheating me every month for over a year with my emi and giving me rubbish excuses for why they overcharge me monthly. This time, I have all the proof I need that they're scamming and honestly, EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THIS BANK.

Many functionalities in the app doesn’t work. They couldn’t fix the UPI issue. It has been more than 3 days, still haven’t fixed it. If I access many parts of the app, it crashes. First make the app stable and build the functionality and sure there is no regression. App full of bugs and crashes or not working. Very very annoying and highly undependable app. In case of any urgency, your app will ditch the customers.
Average customer support - Few ladies were shouting and not listening to what the customer is asking for.
It says main head branch in the city, but it doesn't do any customer related banking activities. It is just joke, then calling it as head branch for the city. First address customer needs, make the app reliable and fully functional and make the main head branch in the city as customer oriented branch otherwise don't call it as head branch of the city.
