"I have been goign to the Academy for 8…"

I have been goign to the Academy for 8 months now and I have just completed another challenge loosing 15lbs between November and December. That akes 45 lbs in total since I joined. Whilst that is fantastic and I am really happy the far bigger change is my fitness health and motivation. I have done things I would never have imagined I could do before I started and I have loved all the experiences. I feel like a different person and my kids have got a far better Mum who enjoys going and doing exciting thigns with them.. Joing the academy is the best decision I have ever made. It is the best money I have ever spent on myself and I can't wait for what 2019 holds. Thank you to all the coaches and fellow ninjas for yuor support and encouragement over the last 8 months.

I have been a member for just 4 weeks. Though it is very short time, I have had fantastic experience so far. It is very friendly environment with excellent coaches, along with great minded fellow members. I have not only learnt and doing workouts here, It helped to revamp my entire dietary too. Having completed the 20lb challenge I can attest that anyone can join and find something that works for them.

"I have been a member for two months…"

I have been a member for two months now, after a trying various gyms, nothing compares to the academy. The workouts are varied and challenging, you work to your ability. The support you get is amazing, helping with food and your mindset. I have lost 12.5lbs/ 7.6% body fat up to now and I personally don’t think I’d be able to do it with the academy!
