Avoid. My treatment went horrifically wrong and whilst I accept that things go wrong, it is how we deal with these errors that set us apart from the rest. No aftercare given despite my concerns, no visit, no follow up, no mention of a refund (which I was not after). First and last time I will ever mess with my face. Still unable to smile. Very special celebrations ruined. I was told this only happened a couple of times before. Not great if you have not been practicing aesthetics for very long. Be warned!

I have used Grace Eve Aesthetics for both aesthetics and beauty treatments. My first was for anti-wrinkle which I wanted to get done for quite some time so once G.E.A opened around the corner from me, I had no excuse to not have it done. Grace was amazing. Very reassuring and thoroughly explained the procedure and answered any questions I had. The treatment was quick and painless and the aftercare was amazing. I was very pleased with the results. I also had my eyebrows waxed. They were accommodating at very last minute and my brows had not been done in nearly 18 months so poor Grace had some work on her hands. She was meticulous and thorough and my brows haven’t looked this amazing waxed ever!
I definitely recommended G.E.A and I cannot wait until I get paid so I can book in my next treatment :)
