"great 3d printing service"

I've ordered small figurines made from PA12 Nylon several times now, and Jawstec has been amazing. They ship very quickly, my last order arrived only 5 days after I placed the order. Some of the figures do end up with rough textures or noticeable print lines, but it's not that bad and I don't think that's the company's fault anyways, since I've seen the exact same types of issues when ordering PA12 from other sites as well. For the most part, figurines from Jawstec look amazing. I also got a couple of free prints with my last order which was a nice surprise :)

Edit: After working with other printers, I now realize that Jaws Tec is a great value, regardless of their lack of customer service. Give them a try.

Original: Their upload system had multiple errors and took multiple attempts to get to work. When I received my invoice, it had errors in it. I contacted them and they didn't care to take any responsibility for their own site.
Then they sent me an incomplete set of parts. When I contact them again they said since I 'ordered in bulk' (I didn't. refer to the first comment) that they are not able to inventory the order, basically reflecting any responsibility for another mistake.
If I had to guess, I would say that they have no interest in having me as a customer.
