Bradbury Tracks, in particular Josh and Michel have restored my faith in human nature! As an experienced DIY'er, I felt confident that I had measured correctly for 2 gradual curve Bay windows / Poles. However, that proved not to be the case and the pole were made to the incorrect size! Upon reporting the issue, Josh arranged for Michel to visit and take new measurements, made the replacement poles (free of charge) and then arranged for these to be installed! The customer was delighted with the final results. Josh and Michel's attitude, work ethic and principals are an admirable testament to Bradbury Tracks, as a company and I would have no hesitation in using (and referring) them again. Thank you!

"Excellent customer service and product"
I couldn't be happier with this company. I ordered a two-bend bay Silent Gliss curtain track using their online measuring template. I am a reasonable DIY enthusiast and can use a tape-measure so I felt competent to order what was, for us, a relatively high-end but high-quality, 3.70m length, shaped track. Our window bay isn't uniform in its dimensions so everything needed to be exact. When it arrived, neatly packaged in two parts, attached to a sturdy wooden frame, I was eager to get it installed. After installation I realised the track had been made to the dimensions of the bay and not made to the dimensions of the track as hoped. Some companies would have argued that I completed the template incorrectly and would, perhaps, have offered me a discount on a second track. Not Bradbury Tracks. Their first thoughts were towards me as their customer. They accepted full responsibility for the error, remade the track at no cost to me, and sent the new one out within 10 days. The new one fits perfectly!! Excellent company; excellent customer service; Thank you.

I’m really impressed by both the sales, and after-sales care this company provide. Their helpful and patient approach is so supportive to customers. On two occasions I’ve been particularly grateful for the help of Josh and Paul. Josh spent time talking me through the process of taking gliders on and off a rail, even going so far as sending me pictures to confirm the process visually for me - so helpful. And Paul talked me through fixing a blind mechanism that I had wrongly set up, even face timing me to support me through the process. I would definitely use this company time and time again as they really do go the extra mile to look after their customers. Thank you again to these two wonderful staff members!
