"A HAPPY FIND"

Carvers Wolverhampton didn't have the paint I wanted for my utility cupboards so they directed me to Andrews Coatings. I am so glad they did .Matt and Azayah were very welcoming and helpful. They had just the colour I wanted and it was only a short wait while Matt collected it for me. I'm very pleased with the new colour and quality of the paint. I wholeheartedly recommend this company

"Very poor delivery service"

Very poor delivery service. I was told my order would be with me by a certain date. I did not arrive and I had to chase the order. I was then told it would be 5 days later than I was originally advised. Not happy as I had laid on labour to carry out the job. This is the second time I have been let down. Unlikely to reccomend or use again.

I can't fault the service and courtesy of this firm. In difficult times, the order was delivered as promised, and when a slight issue arose, it was corrected without question and quickly. I would use this firm repeatedly, and it is refreshing to find such good service nowadays. Also, they stocked the specialist products I wanted, when many were unable to supply. I am a customer for life.

"11 days still no paint"

11 days still no paint. Processed payment pretty quick tho. After few emails and 6 days later I get told to wait another 7-14 days WHATTTTT!!! Credit card charge back needed to get a refund.

Andrews coatings went above and beyond as far as service was concerned, Matt Davies in Technical Sales went out of his way to provide a sample of product which no other company could be bothered to do (including the manufacturer themselves !).

I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.
