I REALLY love this web tool.
It was incredibly easy to set up my custom domain with the URL shortener.
PROS:
+ Easy setup of custom domain
+ Custom short URLs
+ QR code creation was easy
+ Vector versions of QR codes
+ The ability to change the linked URL on QR codes/short URLs after they are created
+ Customer service / response time when wanting to adjust my account service level

I used this tool for 1 year. I didn't use it as much as I had anticipated for the original project, however, T2M will be my first choice for upcoming QR code related projects because of it's ease of use, interface, and support.

"The Best Link Shortening Service I've Found ..."

I’ve used many Link Shortening Services in the past few years. They all have their
strengths and weaknesses. If you use other services you know what I mean. You
run into links expiring in a month or two, limits on how many people can click,
difficulty in sharing analytics with others, and so many constraints, it’s a wonder
they are in business today. I found T2M to be superior in all features with exactly
what I need, any time I need it. Their prices are reasonable, and they are also
forgiving if one of your campaigns blows out and goes viral with excessive clicks.
They understand and work with you on that too. It’s a great service. Try it.

Can shorten mass links, within minutes and without any fault.
The customer service is fantastic.
I also have a bit.ly subscription which I don't use since t2m.
