After I retired contacted them for a consultation - the representative that came was very informative and helpful and talked us through all our options without pressurising us or trying to force any issue. Then came the pandemic and all our business had to be conducted over the telephone on conference calls - excellent service and all our wishes were adhered to and somethings that we had not even considered were explained and sorted for us.
