"Unexpected"

Based upon the pictures, I was picturing a bean bag chair that had a bit more height. Instead, I have a huge blob on the floor with no height. When I sit on it for any period of time, I ultimately end up with only minimal cushion between myself and the floor. So my expectations based upon the pictures were sadly defeated. I was hoping to really love this bean bag chair but ultimately I am trying to determine if it was just an expensive mistake.

I've tried out tons of "bean bag loungers" and this is the most affordable and comfortable one I've seen/used. My best friends are 6'5'' and 6'8'' and I got them each one of the 7.5' ones for when they come to town on vacation. Best investment I've made!

"Adds character to our basement!"

Got a lounger for our basement, our kids love it so much that we bought smaller bean bags for their rooms. I love that it gives them extra seating options when their friends come over.

I have never owned a large bean bag chair before, but now I do not think I could live with out it now. Love the product and ordering, delivery, setup were all pretty easy (set-up was a little harder then I thought, but not that bad overall). I would recommend this product as a great addition to any home (especially one with kids)!

We purchased a Sack for our family room. Our granddaughter that is austic sat on a "Sack" at the Autism Walk and seemed to like it a lot. I looked into getting one and I must say she has been enjoying it ever since. We got the 6' model and are quite happy! I might add that her mom and dad bought a smaller version for her room at home.

So I was over a friends house relaxing in their sack daddy and trying to convince my friend's husband to just sell the sack daddy to me. When I realized he wouldn't sell it, I went to your site to purchase one of my own. Me and my friend were trying to figure out which size they had with no help from her husband who was in the garage. Well to make a long story longer, I purchased the wrong one from your website. It was too big for my small apartment. Also, when I was trying to put the 2nd bundle of foam in the liner I made a huge mess and ended up losing most of the foam. I was very unhappy with the purchase I made and even though it was my fault, I wanted to return it. I didn't have the space for it and I ruined it by losing most of the foam. I was going to pay to have it somehow shipped back. When I called, the customer service person was so nice and helpful, she offered to send another bundle of foam so I can experience the sack at it's best. I was so happy with the outcome I decided to keep it and get rid of a sofa to keep it. It was the best decision I have made when it comes to a purchase. I get home from a long day of work and sports and relax in my sack daddy every single day! I am in love with it! Thanks for everything and all your help! I absolutely love my sack daddy!!!

"Very comfy and more affordable than competitors"

Very nice and sleep-able. The only problem I had was that I didn't realize that there were two boxes in the shipment. I received them - days apart - and in the wrong order. The directions for assembly came in the 2nd box. The company was helpful in solving any problems I ran into as a result of attempting to assemble without the directions. They sent me more foam, free of charge. Lesson: just be sure to check the shipping label when you receive your bean bag to see if there is supposed to be more than one box coming and do not try to assemble it until you get the directions or you may end up with foam all over your house. :)
