"Great item, acceptable delivery speed but no communication or updates on order nor shipping"

I purchased a Kingstom Fury DDR4-3200 32Gb SODIMM kit with a decent pricel. Received a geniune brand new product, however the only reason I give 4 starts is the lack of communication with the company. It took 2 days and an email to get an order confirmation and an invoice. No shipping details nor updates were sent, I almost cancelled the order. The item was sent from a different address than the seller's warehouse so I'm guessing they didn't have the shipping info either.
