Met the guys at Source not long ago while looking for property investment options around the UK. After meeting Oliver,Tom and Chris in London, it was obvious Source had a brilliant strategy in terms of investment and a detailed plan showing me, the Investor, exactly what to expect. Their approach is bespoke and transparent and led to me and my business partner to investing with Source in Cardiff. The Serviced Apartment is brilliantly managed by their in-house team, who have an excellent understanding of this market. Even through the pandemic,I was easily able to cover my running costs and return a profit. An excellent all round experience from the initial investment and purchase, furnishing the apartment to an exceptionally high standard while managing the apartment on a daily basis.
