Quality even better than I had hoped. The edging strip in particular is as good as the main surface and a perfect match, with chamfered corners. I had expected a taped edge with an approximate colour match, but this is perfect. Faultless. Thank you!

"Perfect shelf, disappointing delivery service"

The shelf when I got it was perfect, however the delivery company used was awful. It was out for delivery 3 times and returned without attempting delivery. Each time I woild gwt a text first thing in the morning stating a time slot for them to never turn up. When it eventually arrived after me giving up all hope, it was on a day when they didn't text me warning they were coming. I was out at the time and they left it outside in the rain.

Thankfully the shelf was undamaged and fit perfectly, cut exactly to measurements given.

Great but the brackets didn't come with screws so I had to go out and buy my own. Was a little bit in the dark with my order and had to email inquiring about the delivery.

Also side note, when I placed the order the confirmation email came in the promotions section on my Gmail account. Just thought that was weird.

Never thought I would get excited over a cut-to-order shelf company, but I've used Mersey twice now and they have been great both times. High quality shelving, just the way you need it, and incredibly responsive customer service that aims to please. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will continue to use them myself.
