Barrie was able to come out the same day to find and then fix our leak. He quickly found the leak under the floor and preceeded to access it with as minimal damage as possible. The hole that was cut was small and directly above the pipe that needed replacing. Barrie then quickly replaced the pipe work and covered the hole back up ready for the next stages. After completion I received a detailed report of the works ready for my insurance company.

Barrie was quick, responsive, professional and took great care to ensure as little damage was made as possible. He was transparent about what needed doing and the cost. He was also very clean and tidy

There's a plethora of water leak specialist companies, expert leak firms and so called plumbing tradesmen who promise you an excellent service and deliver nothing. After trying a number of times to get a selection of the above to resolve a long standing water mains leak problem that has affected our property for several years we turned to Miracle (Barrie) to fix what others had pathetically failed to do until now. Barrie and his team turned out to be just what their title suggests - a miracle. The moment they entered on to our property they immediately set out to pinpoint the origin of our leak and over the course of the next few days completed the work to permanently fix our water leak issue. It is significant to point out that Miracle may not be the cheapest firm to use but they have turned out to the most expert, professional and dedicated firm that we have ever engaged and it is clear that they truly seek to satisfy their customers from all angles, i.e. convenience, time, limiting disruption etc. We would much prefer to use the slightly more expensive option (Barrie) anytime when you know thay you are guaranteed a top notch, fully thought out and professional service that grants complete piece of mind which is what Barrie and his team offer. Can't recommend Miracle Leak Detection highly enough. Replaced our water main in a most professional and friendly manner. "Brilliant company, fixed difficult to find leak"

This company is amazing, they found and fixed a leak that had been eluding the contractors and specialist leak detection company sent by our insurance company for over 3 months. What is clear is that not all leak detection companies are equal - Miracle Leak Detection really are a cut above the rest.

Barrie and Ross attended promptly and got straight to work, they located the source of the leak and excavated the floor to get to the pipework. They found 2 small pinprick holes in the pipes and replaced the pipe with new plastic pipes.

I cannot recommend this company enough, Barrie is straight talking and his dedication to excellent service is clear.

Amazing service from this company. They came really quickly and gave me confidence they could find and fix the leak in my mains pipe under my front garden.
They found the leak in no time and removed trees and metres of soil to expose it, and then fix it. Barrie was really friendly and careful to explain what he was doing. His experience was so useful as it was a particularly hard leak to locate and need tree removal. I have a feeling other companies may not have preserved so much. I can't thank him enough for getting our water back on so quickly.

I have not written a review before but really appreciated this gentleman's honesty. We have had some really bad experiences with tradesman over the past year. He drove 4.5 hours to give us a quote. He could have charged us £600+ to do tests but didn’t and instead he advised me to run a few checks to guarantee we had an issue and to call him back. Didn’t charge a call out fee which I thought showed real integrity. If you are looking for a professional I would really recommend Barrie. If we have any major issues I would use Miracle Leaks 100%.

"Exceptional leak detection company"

From start to finish received a high quality service to fix a very difficult problem.

Firstly there was no call out fee. Barrie came out to assess the problem and gave advice on what to do next. I received a quote by email in pdf clearly breaking down all the costs. The costs were fixed so I would not pay a penny more and backed by a no find no fee guarantee. This gave me great assurance as other companies would not give me a fixed quote leading to the potential of costs driving up once work began.

In total Barrie and his colleague Ross spent two whole days tracking down the leak which was made extremely hard to detect given how a previous builder had run the pipes deep in the ground under the damp proof membrane and concrete floor. They didn’t give up and kept working hard until they found the leak. Despite the difficultly I was very confident they would find the leak after seeing the way they went about doing their work. The job ended up requiring removing floor tiles and drilling into the concrete floor to access and fix the leak. However Barrie and Ross took great care to ensure no further damage happened to the rest of the kitchen.

Payment was taken only after the leak had been found and fixed. I received a detailed report (with pictures) on the completed work which was useful in successfully submitting an insurance claim to cover the costs.

Furthermore once the leak was found it was clear that the pipes were in bad condition and would need replacing completely. Even here Barrie was able to suggest a solution that would minimise the amount of damage and digging to lay the new pipes. So on a separately quoted job I got Barrie to run new plastic pipes and completely disconnected the deeply buried old copper pipe work, giving me peace of mind for years to come.

Overall faced with the difficult situation of a mystery leak, Miracle Leak Detection made the whole process easy to deal with from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to everybody.
