I disagree with their assessment most vehemently!

One of my instructors recommended that I use bigwords.com for my textbooks and I am so happy that I took her advise! I used bigwords for all of my books this semester. All of my books came in good to great condition just as described. I saved hundreds of dollars (close to $1,000) this semester by using bigwords.com and I was able to use the money saved to buy a new laptop. Great deals, hands down the best I could find myself. I opted to get Amazon ebooks over the ebooks it recommended, but only because of the Kindle reading platform (which is higher quality than other ebooks offered). It did great on finding the best prices!
