Signed up with Maverick at a 100k average monthly volume with a 10% reserve. They saw ALL of our files many times ,they were aware of our processes and business and they agreed to work with us at a 10% reserve, which we've accepted. Exactly 2 weeks upon processing they send us a message saying that the risk team SUDDENLY got scared of the volume and risk and will put a 50% hold on our account. Mind you, we didnt get ANY chargebacks with them and had zero problems. They knew exactly how our business model worked WAY BEFORE we signed up with them. My gut believes that they agreed to do 10% just to get us locked in and then raised to 50% because we have no other choice. The onboarding was smooth and easy, YES, but we got hammered pretty fast and easy as well.
